leadership, and sustainable personal and professional growth.
What began as a passion for creating spaces where women could be restored, empowered, and equipped has evolved into a broader community-focused mission designed to address real barriers to advancement.
Today, ReChargeHER Foundation is building programs that connect inspiration with infrastructure, providing individuals with the knowledge, tools, resources, training, certifications and relationships necessary to move forward.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. ChaQuita Anglin is the Founder and President of ReChargeHER® Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit committed to empowering people, strengthening families, and creating pathways to greater opportunity.
With over 25 years of leadership and management experience, Dr. Anglin’s journey spans corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, education, ministry, and community service. Her passion has always centered on developing people and helping them gain the confidence, knowledge, resources, and opportunities needed to move forward, whether while working in Corporate America Management or in the Community.
Through ReChargeHER®, she has produced more than 35 conferences, retreats, workshops, and empowerment experiences focused on education, connection, personal development, leadership, and purpose.
Today, that vision continues to grow through ReChargeHER® Foundation, Inc., with an expanded focus on workforce development, education, entrepreneurship, leadership development, women and girls, families, and community resources.
Dr. Anglin believes that when people are given access, opportunity, and the right tools, they can change the trajectory of their lives, strengthen their families, and ultimately transform their communities.
Dr. Anglin has been married for 29 years and finds great joy in building a lasting legacy, not only for her own children and family, but in helping others gain the tools, opportunities, and confidence to build lasting legacies for generations to come.
